Terms of usage for characters and voices

All characters presented on this website belong to either Zen or Bokumaku, and thus you are required to credit us by name when using the characters.

All characters are of legal age, but please notify us beforehand if you plan on making anything explicitly 18+ with them. 
Hateful, violent, political, racist, or other negative topics are strictly prohibited. 

Redistribution of private and/or discontinued banks is forbidden. 
You may share rendered vocals, but redistributing a voicebank in full is strictly prohibited.

Commercial use of Bokumaku's characters is prohibited. 
Commercial use of Zen's characters is okay, so long as they're notified beforehand and able to give permission.

Pitching the voices or tracing/recoloring the art of the characters on this site is strictly forbidden. 

Lastly, as of November of 2020, we discourage any and all ievan polkka videos with the Macuta characters.
